Corrupted windows installer

Hello. I downloaded the windows installer, when I try to run it I get an error pop up with this message "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program"
I download it directly from googlecode with the same result.

Can't answer that but try the portable version that works fine

I can't explian why yours does not work, or why you get the corrupted file message, but if no one else can solve the problem, and you need it soon, you could try the portable version from

http://www.portableapps.com

I know that works! and, as the name suggests, it's portable!

Thank you, I may do that. I posted here just because I think the problem with the windows installer should be fixed. I thought by now it would work, tried just now and still I get the same error.

Something at your end

Sorry, I don't know why this problem is with you, but the file which has been uploaded is fine. I've personally downloaded it (as have 2970 other people!) and it works.

Are you running some anti-something software, which might be detecting something bad and "fixing" it? What are you downloading it with? How big is the file you've downloaded (in bytes)?
